Sara Full is currently the Tour Director for The Lumineers. Her career has spanned many roles and touring acts, from initially deciding that hopping in a 15-passenger van with an indie punk band was preferable to working in finance, to eventual stints with legendary stadium-rockers like The Rolling Stones and AC/DC. She received the Patrick Stansfield Production Manager of the Year Parnelli Award in 2016 for her work on The Lumineers Cleopatra World Tour. |

Ian Haslauer knew he wanted to be in this industry from an early age. While attending a Broadway production of Cats at age 6, all he could pay attention to were the lights — that same passion for visual dynamics persists today. Now, with 15 years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Technical Theatre, Ian has worked in a creative capacity for The Lumineers, HAIM, Pentatonix, Josh Groban, KISS, Imagine Dragons, and K Flay amongst others. He is an expert on the Grand Ma 2 Lighting Console and plays a critical role in turning ideas into reality onstage |
